Solvent-Based Anti-Rust Oil RP 36

RP36 Anti-Rust Oil is an advanced soft-film rust inhibitor that provides long-term rust protection, delivering excellent performance for rust prevention of metal components exposed to harsh environments for extended periods. Since mineral oil alone cannot prevent the penetration of moisture, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and other media, various additives must be incorporated into the oil. These additives form an orderly and dense adsorption layer on the metal surface based on their composition, which can effectively resist the intrusion or penetration of various media into the metal surface. RP36 forms a film quickly and has good acid and alkali resistance. It is suitable for marine transportation and long-term storage of large machinery, parts, tools and other items exposed to the atmosphere. It features long-term rust prevention and can be applied by dipping, coating, brushing or roller coating.
